ABOUT THE STATION

Sanae Kochiya ~ Where the Winds Begin (东风谷早苗 ～ 信风来处) is a long-term fan wiki about Sanae Kochiya of Touhou Project: a novel codex, a music hall, gallery gates, videos and archaeology — gathering everything about Sanae, scattered across six languages, into a single wind.

Where the catalog comes from

METHODOLOGY

The codex is built on the three-round merged retrieval catalog (2026-10-22, 121 deduplicated entries). The criterion: works where Sanae is the lead, co-lead, or long-term driver of the story — plus clearly-flagged OC-viewpoint works where she is the story's core. The catalog deliberately separates two things:

COLOPHON

Purely static: Python (stdlib) generates the HTML — no backend, no tracking. The English edition lives at the root, the Chinese edition under /zh/, with automatic routing by browser language. Design motifs: washi texture, seigaiha waves, the snake-and-frog crest, Mount Moriya silhouettes; typefaces: LXGW WenKai and Zen Old Mincho. Data lives in data/*.json; tools/build.py rebuilds everything.
